Return Policy

• At Komart.store, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• perishable Products (like groceries, dairy, organic produce, etc.) are not eligible for return.
• In case of wrong, damaged, or defective items, a return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you for return shipping.
• Refunds/replacements will be initiated within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.
